TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *Referral patient (a new Cancun Dental Care patient who has not been seen in our practice in the last 36 months) must present the completed card at the time of the first appointment to the referrer (current Cancun Dental Care patient). Care) to receive a referral reward. Rewards will be awarded after the new patient’s first appointment and completion of treatment payment starting at $1,000. Referral credit can be applied to any dental service or procedure at Cancun Dental Care. However, it cannot be applied to previously paid services. Rewards are not transferable. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive referral rewards. This program is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time.
