SAFETY MEASURES

According to the current global situation, your health is our primary concern. It is important to communicate with you that we are taking all measures and following all protocols to ensure your dental experience is both safe and comfortable.
– Social distancing.
– Temperature checkpoints.
– Usage of Mouth Cover, Gloves and Glasses.
– Covid-19 Questionnaire to all our clients.
– Sanitizing Gel or Antibacterial Soap in all stations
– Intense sterilization of all our materials.

HOW DO WE CARE ABOUT YOU?
RECEPTION
– At the entrance you need to check your temperature in our temperature checkpoint you need to step on our sanitizing solution carpet before entering or leaving the clinic.
– At the Front desk we provide you alcohol-based sanitizer that contains at least 70-95% alcohol, disposable towels, tissues, etc.
– We will request to fill out our Covid-19 Questionnaire plus your name, phone number to register in our temperature control.
TEAM AND FACILITIES
- All our team are always wearing their personal protective equipment, include: gloves, medical masks, face shield, and gowns.
- Our team are constantly washing their hands , following WHO (World Health Organization) protocols.
- We are Always cleaning and disinfecting all our areas with lysol, bleach, 70% alcohol, and Sani-Cide EX3.
CLINIC AND INSTRUMENTS
– All of our dental chairs, instruments, surgical and non-surgical with intensive washing and cleaning to remove any adhering residue, before and between patients.
– We implement a sterilization device that uses high pressures and temperatures of 270 degrees for all dental instruments, before placing them in sterilized packages.
– All of our sterilized and sealed packages are opened in front of all of our patients at the beginning of each new procedure.
POINTS TO CONSIDER
– All patients will be provided with masks to wear inside the clinic.
– The number of people allowed in the waiting room will be limited. We recommend that our patients visit us alone, they will only be allowed to bring a companion if they require physical, mental, age-related or language assistance.
– At all our stations we will provide hand sanitizing gel and antibacterial hand soap. We also ask that you avoid any physical contact when it is not necessary.
– If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms like flu, fever, cough, high fever, we will not be able to attend or admit you. In this we make no exceptions and apologize in advance for anyone inconvenienced by this necessary protocol. Give us a call and we will help you to reschedule your appointment.
